After years of not treating your biome fairly, your skin needs to adjust to its new home. Because of this, some people may experience a brief detox period, such as mild breakouts, while the skin transitions from chemical dependency and poor pH to a fully-nourished and natural ecosystem. THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY. After this phase, your skin will remain blissfully content for as long as you choose to continue its conscious care.

Our Microbiome Recovery System allows you to be in control of your own microbiome.

To start: Pick your products, set your subscription, and get back to your day. It’s that easy. Products are automatically delivered once a month, based on when you originally order. Change your subscription whenever you choose. Add on, pause or cancel at anytime. 

Benefits: Subscription members always get free shipping (not combined with any other offers). Add on other products to your next month's subscription and they also ship for free. Subscription members are also eligible to be a part of our affiliate program. 

Cancellations & Refunds: If subscriptions are canceled prior to shipment, no shipment will be sent and no charge will occur. No refunds are granted after a shipment is charged and/or shipped. 

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canada. Shipping is free for subscription customers only (after first purchase). For all other orders it is a flat fee of $8.50. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless delays occur. 

For health concerns and regulation compliance, we cannot currently return any orders. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we would be happy to work out a solution. Please contact us directly for any product or customer service issues. 

For subscription orders, we cannot process returns after the product has shipped.  Email reminders are sent 3 days prior to shipment for the customers to cancel, skip or modify shipments. 

Like any perishable food item, it's best to follow the expiry dates or information. If you notice a change in color, consistency or scent and/or if you notice adverse reactions or results, please discontinue use. Please contact us with any concerns.

Concur does not use any chemicals/stabilizers/preservatives in our products whatsoever. While this is best for your skin, shipping does expose the products to nature's elements such as extreme heat and cold which can cause separation and sedimentation. This will not compromise efficacy, however. To minimize impact, let your products sit at room temperature for 24 hours prior to opening. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.

Raw and organic products are the safest to use in personal care, and we do not compromise our products by using ingredients that are less than top quality. However, there may be individual allergies or intolerances to certain natural elements. For this reason, we cannot recommend our products for any one under 2 years old. 

Because of the perishable nature of some of our products, we do not currently offer standard wholesale arrangements.  We are, however, happy to see if an agreement can take place. Please contact us for inquiries.
